We care about curating a safe space for marginalized members of the games industry, both virtually through our discord, and by our in person events. The community fostered through Diversity in Games provides a way for people of all skill levels to network and meet like-minded individuals.
Leadership
First established over 10 years ago by passionate industry veterans, our group is now 800+ Vancouverites strong and we hope to keep growing as part of a thriving and diverse local games industry. So join us today and let’s get even bigger and better together! Our Admin and Moderation team is built of various industry leaders of all experience levels.
Inclusivity
Whether it’s showcasing the achievements and skills of established and up-and-coming members (and having them share some useful tips and tricks along the way), or introducing the next generation of kick-ass talent to amazing opportunities that await them; we know there are many incredible people from all backgrounds and experience making an impact on the Vancouver development community, and we’re inspired to help make sure that trend continues!
